About the role
We are seeking a Traffic Signal Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians in the installation, testing, and maintenance of traffic signal equipment across Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Direct field technicians in installing, testing, and maintaining traffic signal controllers, signal heads, and detection loops.
- Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance and respond quickly to emergency fault repairs.
- Ensure all field setups and operations strictly follow Qatar's transportation and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and train maintenance crews.
- Inspect work zones to guarantee safety for workers and drivers.
