Carpentry Manager – High‑End Woodwork

About the role

Hazim Brothers for Construction is seeking a full‑time Carpentry Manager to lead its high‑end carpentry workshop in Qatar. You will translate design concepts into premium wooden fittings, cabinets, kitchens, doors and decorative elements for luxury projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily workshop operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and interior designers to interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Manage carpentry staff, monitor performance and enforce safety standards.
• Control material usage, tool and machinery deployment to maximise efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity and craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in high‑end carpentry, joinery, cabinetry and decorative woodwork.
• Proficiency reading technical drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Proven workshop management experience, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry machinery, tools and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC, especially on luxury interior fit‑out projects.
