CCTV Infrastructure Specialist (Systems Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled CCTV Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our critical video surveillance and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI). You will ensure high‑availability video monitoring, robust server services, and reliable database operations across large‑scale venues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and HCI clusters.
• Integrate server technologies, manage SQL databases, and configure failover clustering for high availability.
• Optimize system performance, storage scalability, and video retrieval operations.
• Collaborate with security and IT operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for IP‑based video traffic and network issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including at least 2 years with surveillance or video systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Windows Server 2019/2022 administration, Active Directory, PowerShell, Hyper‑V.
• Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) configuration and troubleshooting.
• SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of hyper‑converged infrastructure (e.g., Nutanix, VMware vSAN, Azure Stack HCI).
• IP‑based CCTV protocols such as ONVIF and RTSP.
• Network troubleshooting for video traffic.
