CCTV Infrastructure Specialist – Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled CCTV Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our critical video surveillance and hyper‑converged infrastructure. You will ensure high‑availability video monitoring, secure storage, and seamless integration with cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support CCTV surveillance systems across large venues.
• Build and manage hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI) clusters for video storage.
• Implement Windows Server Failover Clustering and SQL Server Always On Availability Groups for high availability.
• Integrate on‑premise infrastructure with Azure or AWS for hybrid storage and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with security and IT operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure management, including at least 2 years with surveillance or video systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Windows Server 2019/2022 administration, Active Directory, PowerShell, Hyper‑V.
• Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) and SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
• Design and maintenance of HCI platforms (Nutanix, VMware vSAN, Azure Stack HCI).
• IP‑based CCTV protocols (ONVIF, RTSP) and network troubleshooting for video traffic.
• Basic Python scripting for automation.
