Cloud Reliability Engineer – Remote (Americas)

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Reliability Engineer to support our operations across the USA, Canada, Mexico and South America. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the relevant time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of DaDesktop servers between 8 am and 8 pm.
• Configure new servers and set up networking components.
• Assist customers with on‑premise installation of DaDesktop servers.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and support trainers installing required software.
• Optionally train customers and internal staff, deliver short corporate IT training courses, and support consultancy engagements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in software and hardware.
• Good knowledge of Linux (primarily Ubuntu, some CentOS).
• Experience with Linux networking and router configuration.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
• Awareness of common security issues and mitigation strategies.
