Central Kitchen & Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Central Kitchen & Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations of our central kitchen and warehouse in Doha. The role ensures seamless production coordination, inventory control, and compliance with food safety standards while supporting our outlet network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the central kitchen and warehouse to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, receiving, storage and distribution of materials and finished products.
• Coordinate production planning, dispatch schedules and stock requirements with outlet teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Monitor wastage, stock variances, expiry dates and implement cost‑control measures.
• Supervise warehouse organisation, logistics coordination and timely deliveries to outlets and events.
• Lead, train and manage the kitchen and warehouse team, maintaining operational discipline.
• Prepare operational and stock reports, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Operations for smooth workflow and stock planning.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and proper handling of kitchen equipment and warehouse assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing central kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Demonstrated ability to control inventory, manage logistics and reduce waste.
• Leadership skills to train, motivate and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
