Chief Accountant – Immediate Requirement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead our accounting function with immediate effect. The role focuses on managing accounts payable, accruals, vendor reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle AP processes, accruals, and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle related‑party transactions, including identification, documentation, and compliance.
• Utilise SAP or a comparable ERP system for GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Apply accounting standards to daily operations and oversee general‑ledger activities such as journal entries and adjustments.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting accuracy and professional growth.
• Drive continuous process improvements and resolve complex accounting issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to join the organization immediately.
