Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Holding Group

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a diversified private holding group with operations across services, technology, financial services, workforce solutions and strategic joint ventures. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and key shareholders, the CEO will drive the group’s strategic direction, operational excellence and financial performance across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term strategic vision for the holding group, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
• Oversee the performance of all subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures, monitoring KPIs, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and investment planning to achieve group‑wide P&L targets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and investments.
• Provide executive leadership to multinational, cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment between group strategy and subsidiary execution.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management and compliance across diverse business verticals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large private holding companies or complex matrix organisations with multiple operating entities.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic growth, profitability and operational scalability.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial stewardship.
• Ability to work closely with subsidiary CEOs, General Managers and senior leadership teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with Board and shareholder interaction.
