Chief Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will shape and execute the group’s human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with long‑term business goals. Reporting to the Group CEO, the CHRO will drive organisational effectiveness across a diversified portfolio of businesses in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement.
• Design and implement HR transformation programmes, modernising policies, systems and governance.
• Develop succession plans and leadership development pipelines to ensure a robust talent bench.
• Partner with executive leadership to embed a high‑performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance and organisational development across all business units.

Required profile

• Extensive executive‑level HR leadership experience in large, diversified or multi‑business organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑wide people strategies and organisational change.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C‑suite decisions.
• Experience working in the GCC, preferably Qatar, is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset, executive presence and ability to lead change at scale.
