Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM professional to lead HR process management across Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and reporting. The role bridges HR, IT, payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient HR operations within SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end SAP HCM processes, aligning them with HR policies and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee SAP Payroll execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee master data, personnel actions and organizational structures in SAP.
• Analyze complex system issues, coordinate with technical teams and document resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and enhancements, ensuring changes meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on SAP HCM experience, with strong expertise in Payroll, PA and OM.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work with HR, payroll, finance and IT stakeholders.
