Cluster Human Resources Executive

About the role

As a Cluster Human Resources Executive at Hilton in Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests, job applicants and team members, delivering the warm hospitality that defines the brand. You will support the HR department by handling daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office assistance to guests, applicants and staff with courteous, professional service.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, word processing, data entry and mail handling.
• Manage phone calls, emails and coordinate meetings for HR managers.
• Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for HR department leaders.
• Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
