Collaborative Learning Specialist

About the role

The Collaborative Learning Specialist will design, implement and monitor collaborative learning solutions that support Interlink HR Consultancy’s talent development strategy in Doha. This role blends instructional design, community facilitation and technology management to create engaging, high‑performing learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain online learning platforms, ensuring smooth learner experiences.
• Identify learning needs within online communities and propose interventions.
• Support managers in developing skills that align with the 70:20:10 learning model.
• Facilitate collaborative initiatives that drive business unit performance and align with strategic goals.
• Research, recommend and apply best practices in collaborative learning.
• Plan, develop and design networking, mentoring and peer‑learning opportunities.
• Create blended and online learning solutions, including conferences and communities of practice.
• Build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as an ambassador for talent development.
• Lead team projects and contribute to departmental objectives.
• Promote personal development and support the establishment of 70:20:10‑based objectives.
• Train Qatari staff on collaborative learning duties.
