Training Specialist – Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to support technical capability development and training programs across the organization. The role involves identifying competency gaps, designing training plans, coordinating workshops, creating training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness. The specialist will work closely with technical departments and external training providers to ensure effective skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
• Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
• Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
• Develop training materials and competency‑development content.
• Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical departments and training providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training‑development capabilities.
