Commercial Manager – Offshore Services

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Offshore Services is responsible for driving the financial and commercial success of offshore and marine projects. You will lead commercial operations across multiple projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial operations for offshore and marine projects.
• Manage contracts, project budgets, and financial performance.
• Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation activities.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new commercial opportunities to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore services, marine, oil & gas, EPC, or engineering companies.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, contracts, tendering, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
