About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Doha as a Commis 1 in the Italian Restaurant. You will support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality Italian dishes while upholding the brand’s exceptional standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
• Prepare ingredients, perform mise en place, and ensure consistency across all dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support inventory control by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
