Company Site Representative – Offshore DSV (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Company Site Representative to join a Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating offshore Qatar. The role involves senior oversight of subsea construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior Company Site Representative on board the DSV, coordinating with the vessel management team and onshore project management.
• Serve as the daily interface with the EPC contractor’s Offshore Construction Manager and craft labour.
• Monitor compliance with company specifications, procedures, risk assessments and safety plans.
• Ensure all events identified in FRA, HAZID/HIRA, and safety meetings are resolved before critical scopes commence.
• Manage SIMOPS and PTW activities within 500 m of company assets, acting as the focal point between production operations and the contractor.
• Oversee contractor marine activities in collaboration with the company’s Marine Lead, verifying vessel compliance on site.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to resolve issues through effective communication and coordination.

Required profile

• High School Certificate with offshore training certifications from recognized bodies.
• Minimum 20 years offshore installation experience on DSVs, including at least 5 years as an Offshore Construction Manager, CSR or DSV Superintendent.
• At least 5 years experience as a diver or dive supervisor (air or saturation).
• OPITO H2S and T‑BOSIET certifications are mandatory.
• Knowledge of offshore facility installation and subsea structure execution methods.
