Complex Sales Manager

About the role

The Complex Sales Manager will lead proactive solicitation and management of large‑group and catering opportunities for our Lusail property. This full‑time position focuses on driving revenue, upselling services, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue high‑value group and catering accounts, both inbound and outbound.
• Develop and execute tailored sales plans, creative event concepts and upsell packages to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while aligning with market conditions and property needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the Event Booking Center counterpart, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through calls, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and supply‑demand dynamics to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services or related fields, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to achieve personal and team revenue targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle complex, high‑revenue accounts.
