Construction Supervisor – Structural (Offshore, Qatar)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (Structural) to lead offshore construction and installation activities for oil & gas projects in Qatar. You will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site construction and installation of structural works for assigned EPIC contracts.
• Participate in constructability reviews and evaluate contractors' construction plans, method statements and JSAs.
• Coordinate contractor mobilization, issue permits and gate passes, and manage site lay‑down areas.
• Inspect, test and commission completed work, initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates and close punch‑list items.
• Review and endorse as‑built drawings, construction dossiers and progress reports.
• Oversee the issuance of Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) and ensure adherence to PTW conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant diploma with extensive construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and installation within the oil & gas sector.
• Proven ability to apply industry best practices, standards and processes.
