Construction Supervisor – Structural (Offshore, Qatar)

About the role

The Construction Supervisor (Structural) will lead the on‑site execution of structural works for offshore oil & gas projects in Qatar. You will ensure that all construction activities are performed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of structural works for assigned EPIC contracts, ensuring safety and compliance with scope, standards, and specifications.
• Participate in constructability reviews and assess contractors' construction plans, method statements, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Coordinate contractor mobilization, issue permits and gate passes, and monitor site lay‑down areas.
• Inspect, test, and certify completed work, initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates, and manage punch‑list clearance.
• Review and endorse red‑marked and as‑built drawings, construction dossiers, and hand‑over documentation.
• Oversee the issuance of PTWs, supervise contractor teams, and track progress against schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a relevant diploma with extensive construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and installation within oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to implement industry best practices, standards, and processes.
