Contract Division Manager

About the role

Airswift is seeking an experienced Contract Division Manager to lead contract strategy for on‑shore oil & gas projects in Qatar. The role combines technical, commercial and functional leadership to ensure contracts are developed, executed and governed in line with project objectives and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all project contracting activities, including ITT issuance, EPC contract execution and services CWO administration.
• Oversee the development of ITT packages and manage the end‑to‑end tendering process to ensure commercial integrity and compliance.
• Establish and govern contract strategies, ensuring alignment with legal teams and key stakeholders.
• Direct contract lifecycle management, from preparation through to administration and close‑out.
• Lead claims, disputes and change management processes, maintaining risk mitigation throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project functions (project management, engineering, construction, procurement).
• At least 3 years of project‑management leadership on major oil & gas projects.
• Proven expertise in business and risk management, project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management.
