Creative Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead our visual communication efforts in Doha. The successful candidate will oversee graphic design, video production, and social‑media content, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors, assigning tasks and monitoring delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, marketing collateral and brand communications.
• Oversee production of graphics, videos, reels, animations and other visual assets.
• Direct the company’s social‑media content strategy, maintaining consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate ideas into engaging creative output.
• Review and approve creative work for quality, accuracy and brand compliance.
• Maintain content calendars and creative plans for all social platforms.
• Stay current on visual and social‑media trends, emerging formats and new creative tools.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers and other partners as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative, graphic design, digital marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing designers and video editors.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with Arabic being mandatory.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video production, branding and social‑media work.
