Customer Service Agent – Multilingual (Italian, German, Spanish, English)

About the role

Doha Contact Centre is hiring multilingual Customer Service Agents to join its 5‑star team. The role involves providing exceptional support to Qatar Airways customers in Italian, German, Spanish and English across phone, email and web chat. New hires will undergo five weeks of classroom training followed by on‑the‑job training on the Amadeus system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound calls and queries from customers.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue tickets.
• Provide fare quotes and handle ticket refunds.
• Support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer program activities.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least one year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Italian (or German/Spanish).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, including nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Computer literacy and good typing speed.
