Customer Services Agent - German Speaker

About the role

Doha Contact Centre is hiring Customer Services Agents to join its 5‑star team. You will provide exceptional support to German, Spanish, Italian and English speaking Qatar Airways customers via telephone, email and web chat, ensuring high satisfaction in every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound calls and queries.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue or re‑issue tickets.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and apply rules of carriage.
• Handle multi‑product enquiries, process ticket refunds and support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer program activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior contact centre staff when appropriate.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and German (or Spanish/Italian).
• Excellent communication, active listening and ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including night shifts, and able to perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus GDS reservation system.
• Computer literacy and good typing speed.
