Customer Service Agent (Spanish) – Doha

About the role

Join the Doha Contact Centre team to provide premium support to Qatar Airways passengers. You will handle inquiries in Spanish, as well as German, Italian and English, across phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and queries professionally.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue tickets using the Amadeus system.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and apply the correct rules of carriage.
• Support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer program activities.
• Process ticket refunds and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (additional German, Italian or English is a plus).
• Computer literate with good typing speed.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with the Amadeus GDS (preferred).
