Customer Services Agent - German Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Services Agent who speaks German to join our Doha Contact Centre. You will deliver high‑quality support to Qatar Airways passengers across multiple channels, including phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries in German, Spanish, Italian and English.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and provide accurate fare quotes.
• Issue, re‑issue and refund tickets while adhering to airline rules of carriage.
• Support e‑commerce, trade and Frequent Flyer Programme activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior contact centre staff when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least one year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in German; good command of Spanish, Italian and English is a plus.
• Computer literate with strong typing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a Global Distribution System, preferably Amadeus.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing processes and fare rules.
