Cybersecurity & Operational Technology Specialist

About the role

PartnerOne is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity & Operational Technology Specialist to join its NetWitness team in Doha. The role combines hands‑on security engineering with consulting, supporting customers across Qatar and the wider region on both IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local sales teams to design technical solutions, proposals and customer engagement plans.
• Lead comprehensive reviews of customer cybersecurity posture across IT and OT, identifying vulnerabilities and security gaps.
• Translate assessment findings into actionable improvement plans and risk‑prioritised road‑maps for executive stakeholders.
• Design and implement secure OT network architectures using segmentation, zero‑trust principles and models such as the Purdue model.
• Conduct detailed threat modelling, risk assessments and forensic investigations on industrial control systems, SCADA and other OT assets.
• Develop and execute OT‑specific incident‑response playbooks that protect process safety and plant availability.
• Align customer environments with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800‑82 and other recognised OT cybersecurity frameworks.
• Deliver proactive services including compromise assessments, gap analysis, threat hunting and malware analysis, both remotely and onsite.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 84 months (7 years) of experience in cybersecurity and operational technology.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Qatar and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Proven ability to provide consulting services, conduct assessments and support sales teams as a technical advisor.
