Data Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Data Analysis Specialist will support the Employee Experience team by turning employee engagement and continuous listening data into actionable insights. You will help shape HR strategy through rigorous analysis, KPI tracking, and real‑time dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Continuous Listening strategy by combining operational data with employee voice insights.
• Design and manage employee engagement surveys, including annual and pulse surveys.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, correcting inconsistencies.
• Analyze data to produce clear visualisations and reports that inform business decisions.
• Identify patterns and trends to improve organisational efficiency and mitigate challenges.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate internal initiatives.
• Research best practices in data management and visualisation, presenting findings to line management.
• Conduct research and diagnostics (e.g., exit interviews) to maximise employee engagement.
• Use advanced analytics to develop long‑term predictors of employee satisfaction and performance.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in HR or employee experience data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
