Demand & Supply Planning Manager – Hospitality (Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting and inventory planning for our restaurant and hospitality operations in Qatar. The role will ensure product availability across food, beverage and non‑food categories while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for food, beverage and non‑food categories.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities to guarantee product availability and reduce excess inventory.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions and operational needs to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage and replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Utilise SAP and advanced Excel tools to produce reports, dashboards and planning insights.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly planning reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Drive planning efficiency and inventory optimisation across multiple restaurant sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP or supply‑chain planning.
• Strong background in restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, FMCG food or retail food sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience managing both food and non‑food categories.
• Ability to work with large, complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
