Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

The Owl Agency is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to join its Doha office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, launch and optimise paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring they align with the agency’s brand storytelling and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise digital advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Analyse campaign performance, track ROI and generate data‑driven reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives reflect brand messaging.
• Oversee project timelines and deliver results‑focused campaigns on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing and strategy development.
• Excellent analytical abilities for measurement and optimisation.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Project‑management experience to meet deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Experience with luxury, hospitality or F&B brand campaigns preferred.
