Digital Communications Roles – 10‑Month Contract in Doha

About the role

Paradox Agency is expanding its team in Doha to support a major digital communications project for a leading social‑impact organization in Qatar. The agency seeks a range of specialists – from account and project managers to social‑media, design, video and photography experts – for a 10‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project delivery for government, semi‑government or nonprofit accounts.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across multiple social‑media platforms.
• Produce graphic designs, motion‑graphics, photography and video assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Cover on‑site events, activations and client meetings, capturing high‑quality visual material.
• Manage community interactions, respond to audience queries and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Qatar‑based candidates only.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience depending on the role.
• Experience with government, semi‑government, nonprofit or social‑sector clients is preferred.
• Strong portfolio or project samples demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Video editing software and motion‑graphics tools.
• Professional photography and videography equipment.
• Social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and deliver creative concepts.
