Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

As the Director of Food & Beverage you will lead all F&B operations for the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, shaping the guest experience through strategic vision, operational excellence and a culture of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the F&B operational strategy to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of quality, service and brand positioning.
• Plan, budget and oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, including forecasting, policy implementation and cost control.
• Manage food, beverage and labour costs, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements.
• Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programmes.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations, fostering a safe environment for guests and team members.
