Heart of House Specialist

About the role

The Heart of House Specialist provides essential support across kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and employee dining areas, ensuring clean and ready dining ware and equipment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations and other cleaning equipment.
• Transport dishware and kitchen items throughout the hotel while adhering to safety standards.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.

Required profile

• No formal education requirement; high school diploma or G.E.D. not required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to follow company safety, security and quality policies.
