About the role

The Director of Rooms will serve as the strategic business leader of the Rooms department at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, overseeing all aspects of guest room operations in a world‑class luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the Rooms department strategy and daily operations.
• Lead and inspire teams across front office, housekeeping, reservations and related functions.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences that reflect the brand’s service philosophy.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and revenue optimization for the rooms portfolio.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless, high‑quality service.
