Disc Jockey (DJ)

About the role

The Disc Jockey (DJ) provides music entertainment for events at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha. You will create a lively atmosphere that matches guest preferences while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Select and play music that aligns with the audience’s taste for each function.
• Maintain and operate all DJ equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the DJ booth clean and free of food, drinks, and trash.
• Follow Marriott’s company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests, addressing needs, and ensuring an inclusive environment.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related DJ or music entertainment experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
