About the role
Kitopi is looking for a Dispatcher to manage the flow of field units and ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders across its fast‑moving food service environment. You will be the central point for order receipt, dispatch, and tracking, supporting both kitchen and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee routing of field units and monitor delivery status in real time.
- Receive incoming orders and dispatch them to the appropriate kitchen or shop.
- Maintain high standards of quality, speed, and accuracy for every order.
- Ensure personal appearance is neat and comply with all food‑safety procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to set up kitchens or shops for success.
- Follow Kitopi and brand standards consistently.
Required profile
- Punctual, detail‑oriented, friendly, reliable and honest.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork attitude and leads by example.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a QSR or retail setting.
- Commitment to maintaining high product quality and cleanliness standards.
