About the role
The Side Boom Operator is responsible for operating side boom equipment safely during demanding field operations across Qatar. The role demands strict compliance with safety protocols while maneuvering heavy machinery in diverse and challenging field environments.
Required profile
- The applicant must not exceed 45 years of age at the time of hiring, ensuring compliance with the company's age policy for field operators.
- A valid or expired Qatar operating license is required to operate the equipment, demonstrating the candidate’s legal eligibility to work with heavy machinery in the region.
- The candidate must be physically fit and capable of handling the strenuous conditions typical of field work, including long hours outdoors and the ability to lift heavy components.
- Fluency in Hindi is essential, with a basic proficiency in English also expected, to facilitate clear communication on multilingual work sites.
- The employer will provide meals to staff while on duty, ensuring that operators have access to food during their shifts.
