About the role
The Document Controller will oversee the systematic management of all project and company documentation, ensuring that records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible for the construction team and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company and project‑related documents.
- Ensure proper filing, recording, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain document control registers and logs.
- Coordinate with departments, consultants, and subcontractors for document submissions and approvals.
- Guarantee that all documents are updated, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports and support administrative documentation tasks.
- Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism.
- Follow established document control procedures and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Experience in construction or engineering environments preferred.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with document management systems.
