Employee Accommodation Coordinator (Camp Boss)

About the role

The Employee Accommodation Coordinator, also known as Camp Boss, ensures that the on‑site employee camp provides a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for a large workforce. Reporting to operations and HR, you will oversee daily camp activities, maintain standards, and support employee welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day camp operations, including room allocations, check‑in/check‑out, and occupancy records for 200+ employees.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, pest control, and utility services.
• Ensure camp facilities comply with company hygiene standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Address accommodation‑related concerns promptly, enforce camp rules, and maintain discipline.
• Liaise with HR, Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams on all accommodation matters.
• Prepare accurate reports on occupancy, maintenance, incidents, and camp activities.
• Monitor inventory of camp assets and supplies, and support emergency preparedness.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct safety inspections, and promote a strong safety culture among residents.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years’ experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor in the GCC.
• Experience managing employee accommodation for 200+ staff is preferred.
• Background in waste management, facilities management, construction, logistics, or similar blue‑collar sectors is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accommodation management, employee welfare, hygiene, and HSE standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office, and experience preparing reports.
