Employee Relations Lead – HR Operations

About the role

Snoonu is seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to drive the daily activities of its HR Operations function. You will lead a high‑volume team responsible for payroll, benefits, leave, off‑boarding and a range of employee support services, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives and loans.
• Process payroll submissions accurately and meet established deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor leave calculations, final settlements, payroll reconciliations and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Supervise employee off‑boarding, including clearance, exit documentation and system deactivation.
• Oversee salary hold cases, investigations and communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain and analyse HR operational trackers, dashboards and reports.
• Ensure employee records and HR files are kept confidential and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of HR Operations experience with proven team‑management capability.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, insurance, leave management and labor processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
