English Language Instructor – General Studies

About the role

The English Language Instructor will deliver the English curriculum to military students in the General Studies department of Qatar Technical Institute. This position supports the first year of a two‑year diploma, ensuring students meet Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality English Language instruction (English 1 and English 2) in line with QTI policies and MoEHE curriculum.
• Support student achievement by creating an inclusive, student‑centred learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and performance management documentation.
• Collaborate with senior instructors, colleagues, and military stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.
• Participate in regular feedback meetings and professional development activities.
