Learning & Development / Training Specialists – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

We are looking for experienced Learning & Development and Training Specialists to join a major organization in Doha, Qatar. The role involves supporting multiple training initiatives across soft‑skill, professional development and technical/electrical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training and learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
• Design, develop and deliver training programmes for soft‑skills, professional development and technical/electrical topics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) and related HRIS/ERP tools.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, risk management and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of L&D or training experience, including needs analysis, programme design, delivery and evaluation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience working in Qatar, GCC, or with government/utility organisations, preferably KAHRAMAA.
• Exposure to ERP, HRIS or LMS platforms and knowledge of ISO/compliance frameworks.
• For technical/electrical training, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering and proven delivery experience.
