ERP Support Specialist

About the role

Starlink Qatar is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for SAP-related systems, ensure system stability, and assist with integration across Microsoft applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for SAP incidents and user requests.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate resolution with technical or functional teams, and monitor tickets to meet service levels.
• Support users with SAP transactions, system access, data issues, and general application queries.
• Assist with user access, permissions, roles, and basic system administration.
• Support integration between SAP and Microsoft applications, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, upgrades, enhancements, and change implementations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, issue logs, and knowledge‑base materials.
• Conduct basic user training and provide ongoing system support.
• Liaise with ERP vendors, internal IT teams, and business users to resolve issues and escalate complex incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP processes, reporting, and user experience.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP/SAP application support or similar business application support role.
• Practical experience troubleshooting SAP‑related user and system issues.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
