ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and implement solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow enhancements.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation such as workflow diagrams, use cases, and process maps.
• Analyze current processes and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
• Support reporting and dashboard requirements to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow design.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
