Event Service Expert

About the role

The Event Service Expert will deliver exceptional service for banquets, meetings and special events at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha, ensuring every guest experience reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, service and breakdown of event spaces according to brand standards.
• Coordinate with culinary, banquet and facilities teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests during events.
• Maintain accurate records of event inventories, supplies and guest feedback.
• Support the planning team in tailoring event layouts and service flows.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
