Events Sales Executive

About the role

The Events Sales Executive will drive event business for Rosewood Doha by generating leads, managing enquiries and developing corporate accounts. This role works within the hotel’s events and catering teams to deliver exceptional experiences for local and overseas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Hotel Code of Conduct at all times.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Promptly and professionally generate event leads from local and overseas corporates.
• Respond to incoming event enquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins, including those assigned by the Assistant Director of Groups, Catering & Events.
• Develop corporate accounts and drive business to increase market share across all revenue streams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of departmental policies and service standards.
• Professional communication skills for lead generation and client interaction.
• Ability to develop and nurture corporate accounts within the hospitality sector.
