Chef and Cook – Full-time Position

About the role

AL DIBEL LLC is looking for a dedicated Chef and Cook to join its on‑site kitchen in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering consistent, high‑quality meals in a professional hospitality setting, working primarily on a morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Organise ingredients, measure portions, and ensure consistent taste, texture and presentation.
• Monitor food freshness, storage conditions and stock levels, reporting shortages as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, equipment and food‑preparation areas.
• Follow local health, hygiene and workplace‑safety procedures throughout kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen colleagues and service staff to ensure timely order completion.
• Assist with menu preparation, daily specials and opening or closing duties while minimising waste.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation, portion control and kitchen workflow.
• Understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, safe temperatures and cross‑contamination prevention.
• Ability to safely use knives, ovens, grills, stoves, mixers and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills during busy service periods.
• Team‑oriented attitude, clear communication and reliability in a guest‑focused environment.
