About the role

We are seeking an inspiring Executive Chef to lead the culinary team of a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha. The property features seven distinctive dining concepts, vibrant bars, elegant event spaces, and a members club. You will shape the culinary identity of one of Doha's most exciting hospitality destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse culinary brigade across multiple outlets, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Drive creativity and culinary excellence in restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in‑room dining.
• Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while preserving the property’s culinary identity.
• Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Manage food costs, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets effectively.
• Mentor, coach, and develop emerging culinary talent within the team.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver cohesive guest dining experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high‑end multi‑outlet operation.
• Strong leadership with a passion for developing and motivating kitchen teams.
• Deep knowledge of international cuisines, contemporary food trends, and advanced culinary techniques.
• Commercial awareness and hands‑on experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Floor‑first leadership style thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences with creativity and consistency.
