Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the back‑of‑house team at our pre‑opening hotel in central Doha. The role ensures that kitchens, restaurants and event areas are kept clean, organized and compliant with the highest hygiene standards, supporting memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the stewarding team across all back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene standards for equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware.
• Support banquet and restaurant operations by ensuring equipment availability and readiness.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP and safety regulations.
• Manage stewarding supplies, chemicals and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years stewarding experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, sanitation and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
