About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL in Doha, Qatar, focusing on building construction projects.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of quantity surveying experience in building construction.
- Strong post‑award experience covering architectural, civil/structural and finishing packages.
- Proven expertise in detailed quantity measurement, interim valuations and subcontractor certification.
- Experience with variation pricing, claims and final accounts is an advantage.
- Gulf/Qatar construction experience and knowledge of local authority and utility requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with FIDIC or comparable standard forms of contract.
