Facility Engineer – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports of all facility activities.
• Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Valid UPDA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in MEP and Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
